The management of Retenvo limited an indigenous Information and technology company at the second edition of Change Makers Conference  organized by the Africa Social Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Development (ASEED) has offered to train Nigerian youth and empower them to be self employed. Mr. Victory Osayi, the CEO of Retenvo Limited made the disclosure at the event which took place on the 17th of August, 2018 at the Nigeria Youth House on Akpakpava road, Benin-City  during his lecture at the 2018 Change Makers Conference tagged Illegal Migration: Results and Reflection. The program which is aimed to address the menace of illegal migration and human trafficking which has claimed lives, destroy destines and present the country in bad light in the committee of nations.

The program which kicked off at about 9:30am had in attendance a representative of Comr Jude Imagwe former Special Assistant to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Comrade Okoduwa Solomon, Senior Special Assistant to Edo State Governor on Human Trafficking and Illegal Migration, Kewve Modupe CEO TSLNigeria, Mrs Blessing Agho CEO Edo start up, Alonge George Director, Project Implementation Retenvo Limited, Odiase Smith Nosa of Diamond Pearls, Benbruce Igbins Of  ClusterTech LimitedSylvester Ighodaro, Chairman Board of Directors, OgaAgent among other top dignitaries.

The participants of the program cuts across students from various campuses across the state, youth bodies, professionals, and artisans. The event was declared opened by the president and founder Africa Social Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Development (ASEED) the person of Edo Donald briefly after the opening prayer and national anthem. Various speakers took turns to present there papers on the theme of the conference highlighting the cause, effect and solution to addressing illegal migration and human trafficking. He expressed his agony over the plight of the Nigerian youth. He tasked everyone present to be a vanguard and frontier for an improved living condition for the Nigerian youth through every legal means possible. Edo Donald one time Secretary General of Student Union Government (SUG) called for collective effort and positive mindset and attitude for any positive result to be achieved.

When it was the turn of Mr. Victory Osayi to present his paper, he highlight some the challenges that the youth could address on their own rather than depending on the government to remedy to situation. To this end, he announced his company’s plan to train youth for free in web development. He informed the student participants at the event that the company is open to students seeking for industrial training placement. He also encourage participants to register with the OgaAgent real estate virtual marketing platform and start earn cash. Mr. Victory told the participant to think technology as that is the direction the world has head to. “I will like to tell you this truth, what the world work space demands now is working smart or working information and technology”. He explained about his humble beginning and how he and a group of friends birthed the Retenvo Limited dream which is now a reality with product likes Retenvo Registry,, OgaAgent-makeovers. He encouraged them to discover a societal need and provide it with a solution and they would earn a living  from it.

Highlights of the event was the breakout sections, question and answer, distribution of free Retenvo Registry Tags, career guidance and counselling and presentation of awards.
